Summer Cocktail Recipe: Champagne Bowler
Ingredients
2 large fresh strawberries, sliced
12.5ml sugar syrup
12.5ml Courvoisier Cognac
25ml strawberry liqueur
25ml white wine
75-100ml Champagne, to taste
Strawberry, for garnish
Method
- Muddle well the strawberries with the sugar syrup
- Add ice, cognac, strawberry liqueur, and the wine in a shaker - shake well
- Pour all in a balloon glass, add the champagne
- Garnish with fresh strawberries
