Berwick Lodge was built in 1890 by a highly decorated Navy General and his wife. It was presented to their only daughter as a wedding gift, where she and her husband could live and grow in the beautiful Bristol countryside. Since then, the impressive manor house has served as a family home, a school for children, a hospital, and as a working environment to help adults with learning differences.
Today, Berwick Lodge is independently owned and cared for by Sarah and Fevzi Arikan. The couple have devoted their time and passion to restoring and regenerating the property and its extensive grounds, retaining many of the original Victorian features, while adding a little something extra…
