We are extremely proud of our wine list which we believe is one of the finest and most extensive in the South West of England.

The list has been personally selected by our Head Sommelier and Manager, Jérôme Pidoux.

Jérôme Pidoux previously worked as Head Sommelier at Bordeaux Quay in Bristol. Jérôme, who trained in Belgium, has worked at several leading restaurants in the UK, France and the USA. Most notably he worked for several years for arguably one of the finest chefs of the 20th century, Paul Bocuse, including three years in his 3 Michelin star restaurant in Collonges au Mont d'Or.
